Responsibilities

Cold calling and reaching out to firms all over the United States.

Personal virtual presentations.

Coordinating different vendors including getting quotes.

Establishing relationships with new customers.

Maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers.

Identifying and responding to client needs.

Striving to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.

Keeping a high level of knowledge about existing products and services, and learning about new products and services as they come in.

Requirements

First degree.

Fluent in English.

Superior interpersonal skills.

Ability to take initiative and work independently.

Exceptional organizational skills.

1+ years of experience in sales.

SALES ASSISTANT

Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

Email Communication: Reach out to potential clients and explore new sales opportunities through effective email communication.

CRM Management: Maintain and update our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate and up-to-date information.

Administrative Support: Assist the sales team in various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents.

Proposal Handling: Process and maintain updated proposals sent to customers using our work management platform.

Contract Management: Complete contracts for signature, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Requirements

Fluent in English.

Exceptional organizational skills.

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Previous experience in sales or a similar role is a plus.
